Meet The Therapist
Hi, I’m Dean Watkins — a CBT therapist specialising in self-doubt, imposter syndrome and low confidence.
I work with professionals who feel like they’re not good enough — even when they’re doing everything “right.” I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR, adapted to what you need most.
You can work with me in-person in Rainham, Kent or online across the UK — in a safe, calm space where you’ll feel heard and supported.
