Therapy Services
I offer one-to-one therapy for adults struggling with imposter syndrome, anxiety, low self-confidence, and the emotional exhaustion that often comes with high expectations and self-doubt.
Many of the people I work with are in demanding careers or transitioning into new roles, trying to succeed while quietly feeling they don’t belong. Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and begin to respond differently.
Sessions may include:
-
Understanding your patterns of thinking and behaviour
-
Using CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR to work with difficult thoughts and emotions
-
Exploring the impact of imposter syndrome on your wellbeing, relationships and choices
-
Developing practical tools to respond with more clarity, calm and compassion
-
Reconnecting with your values so you can live more intentionally and authentically
This work is for you if you’re:
-
Tired of doubting yourself, even when you're doing well
-
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained
-
Ready to let go of the struggle and build a more supportive relationship with yourself
-
Looking for therapy that’s effective, efficient, and rooted in real-life application
Session Format:
Therapy is typically offered on a weekly basis, but can be adapted to suit your needs.
For those feeling burnt out, under pressure or overwhelmed, a more intensive format - 2 to 3 sessions per week - can help build understanding and create change more quickly.
Sessions are available online or in person in Rainham, Kent.
We can work short-term or longer-term, depending on your goals and preferences.
If you’re curious about working together, feel free to get in touch.
You’re welcome to ask questions or book an initial session - we’ll explore whether it feels like a good fit for where you are right now.
