I understand how it can feel to struggle with Impostor Syndrome, how this pervasive issue can rob you of confidence, block opportunities, and reduce your enjoyment of life.

I've worked with and helped many people who have struggled with Impostor Syndrome and related issues. Through the therapy I've helped them to understand how their problems make sense and continue to persist despite their achievements and their best efforts to overcome them. I've helped them to develop effective tools and strategies to overcome the unhelpful thoughts and feelings of Impostor Syndrome.

I care about giving people the freedom to live their lives consistent with their values and goals.

If you're battling with feelings of anxiety and self-doubt, and struggle with a sense of not being good enough and feeling like a fraud then therapy can help you overcome these problems and the impact they are having on your life.

Impostor syndrome can hold you back in life, you may avoid opportunities, procrastinate, play down your accomplishments, and become burnt out. You may develop various coping strategies such as overpreparing, working longer than necessary, perfectionism, avoidance, and you may find yourself worrying, ruminating, and being self-critical.

I am an experienced Cognitive Behaviour Therapist who has also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. I specialise in working with problems with anxiety and Impostor Syndrome. I can help you to free yourself from the struggle with negative beliefs and self-doubt allowing you to live more consistently with your goals and values.
