The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from it. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll go at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Sessions can last up to 60 minutes and are usually held weekly. Some clients come for a shorter number of sessions with a clear focus, while others prefer longer-term work. We can discuss what feels right for you.

Yes. I offer both in-person sessions from my office in Sittingbourne, Kent, and online video sessions, depending on your location and preference.

Sessions are £85. If you have any questions about this or would like to discuss availability, feel free to get in touch.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Where possible, I’ll do my best to offer an alternative time.

I work with a range of difficulties, with a particular focus on anxiety, self-doubt, low self-esteem, perfectionism, imposter feelings, and patterns of overthinking or avoidance that keep people stuck — even when they’ve achieved a lot in life.

While these are areas I specialise in, I also have extensive experience working with trauma, PTSD, depression, and various anxiety disorders including OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and specific phobias.
