Imposter syndrome can leave you feeling anxious, exhausted, and constantly questioning yourself, even when you’re doing well on the outside. You might find it hard to relax, feel pressure to prove yourself, or struggle with self-criticism and comparison.
I’m Dean, a therapist trained in CBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR. I specialise in helping people understand these patterns, not as personal flaws, but as understandable responses to internal pressure and fear.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface, let go of unhelpful coping strategies, and build healthier, more compassionate ways of responding to self-doubt - so you can feel calmer, more confident, and live in a way that feels authentic and free.
